Kim has found two extremely rewarding careers. When she first arrived in Huntsville, she worked at Research Genetics. However, she soon discovered her true calling in real estate, becoming a licensed Realtor specializing in homes throughout the Madison and Huntsville area. Kim has been working with the Village of Providence for over 10 years. Kim takes pleasure in working with Home Buyers of all kinds to help them realize the home of their dreams. She has a strong passion for her work as a realtor and finds it fulfilling.
Beth brings over 25 years of experience in new home sales and sales management to Village of Providence, first with VOP Realty and now Townscape Realty. She is a past recipient of the Nationals Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year and holds the titles of REALTOR® and IRM Trustee. Notably, she has earned the coveted Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation from the Institute of Residential Marketing, the highest accolade for professionals in new home marketing. She has also spent her career working directly with and selling new homes for Jones Company, Carbine & Associates, and more.
